Mallory Ulizio, LSW, PMP, is the Director of Strategy & Business Operations at Familylinks in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where they lead strategic planning and organizational initiatives that strengthen operational excellence across a complex service continuum. With a career rooted in social work and expanded through expertise in compliance, quality improvement, and business strategy, Mallory has led organization-wide accreditation efforts, implemented comprehensive quality improvement programs, and built frameworks that support both staff development and service excellence.
